CaePack: certified industrial packaging for worldwide shipments

A precision component, a product, a panel, an element built to specification — can travel thousands of kilometres before reaching its destination. Along the way it passes through warehouses, transport vehicles, customs, logistics hubs. Every step is an opportunity for damage: impacts, moisture, temperature fluctuations, mechanical vibration.

CaePack, a division of CleanAir Europe, was built on exactly this understanding: designing and manufacturing bespoke industrial packaging in-house, built around the product — not the other way around.

Available solutions

CaePack produces solid wood crates, OSB cases (oriented strand board, ideal for air and sea freight), plywood crates (lightweight and protective for high-value or small-dimension items), reinforced cardboard crates with wooden frames, and pallets compliant with international standards. For the most critical shipments, barrier bags with desiccant salts are also available — to shield materials from atmospheric agents, dust and moisture during long-haul transport — alongside VCI technology (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors), the most effective and sustainable solution for protecting metal components from corrosion.

ISPM-15 certification

All wood used is heat-treated and ISPM-15 IPPC/FAO certified: an international phytosanitary standard that is mandatory for shipments to many non-EU countries. CaePack is an authorised operator and every crate bears the FITOK mark, guaranteeing compliance throughout the entire production chain.

No boundaries

Shipments are managed by road, sea, air and rail. There are no restrictions on size, material or destination: every solution is studied on a case-by-case basis, together with the customer.
